It includes learning techniques to reduce distress and quiet the body, stretches for relaxing, diaphragmatic breathing, progressive relaxation, massage, and various other techniques. It also emphasizes decisions and choices that need to be made for acquiring good body awareness, all done within a psychophysical education approach. Must be taken pass/fail.
