Along with equality, freedom, and justice, discrimination, inequality, and racism are among our oldest values. This course seeks to confront this contradiction openly and honestly. Fulfills MnTC Goal Areas 5 and 7. Prerequisites: Placement into READ 0200 or placement into ESOL 0052 or completion of READ 0100 or ESOL 0042 with faculty recommendation into ESOL 0052.
