3.00 credits (3.00 lec) In this course, students will learn how to design a personal, individualized studio for professional work in music or sound design as studied in the Sound Arts program. Topics include relating room design to the end-product envisioned, cost planning, acoustic treatment and control, AC and electronic interface design and ergonomics. After completing the course, students will have an actual design plan for their specific real or envisioned studio space. Prerequisite: SNDA 1320.
