It places emphasis on buyer behavior, the sales communication process, prospecting for customers, planning the sales call, developing and giving the sales presentation, handling objections, the importance of customer service, and closing the sale. Presentations provide the students with opportunities to apply sales concepts. Prerequisite: None. BA101 is recommended. Proficiency Needed: Reading, Writing.
