Credits 3 (2 Lecture - 6 Lab Hrs/Wk) - F This is the second course in the CAD sequence. Along with teaching the function and use of commands not covered in the first class, this course also looks at customizing AutoCAD software. Topics include organizing and managing drawing files, productivity enhancement techniques, attribute database extraction, making 3-D drawings/solid models and customizing menus/toolbars. Prerequisite: Limited to Engineering Technology majors and successful completion of either ET 154 or ET 162; or consent of instructor. Proficiency Needed: Reading, Writing, Math.
