Credits 2 (1 Lecture - 2 Lab Hrs/Wk) A continuing course in computer assisted CNC programming using MasterCAM software. The student will create geometry and edit geometry for the purpose of creating solid model simulations on the computer. The focus will be on creating solid models of parts and dies for conventional processes such as forging, casting, and injection molding. Advanced editing of models will also be explored. Offered at irregular intervals. Prerequisite: MFGX 27 or consent of instructor.
