Credits 1 (1 Lecture Hrs/Wk) - F/W This course presents nursing theory related to the role of the professional nurse caring for patients with cardiac dysrhythmias. Management of care, legal issues encountered, as well as rapid interpretation of dysrhythmias that are commonly exhibited by patients across the lifespan will be emphasized. Twelve lead EKG interpretation will also be included. Prerequisite: Successful completion of all prior nursing curriculum courses, to include NRS112A with a grade of "C" or better.
