Credits 4 (4 Lecture Hrs/Wk) - Su This course provides continued study of the practical nurse's contribution to the nursing process. Human growth and development across the lifespan will be explored. Activities involving health promotion, cultural and spiritual aspects of nursing care will be included. The course will emphasize pharmacology and common health problems encountered in environments where clients experience chronic illness. Concurrent registration in PN101L is required. Prerequisite: Successful completion with a grade of "C" or better in all prior practical nursing curriculumcourses. Current Healthcare Provide CPR certification.
