Credits 3 (3 Lecture Hrs/Wk) - F/W/Sp Critical Reading provides instruction in advanced reading skills and vocabulary development. Emphasis is on improving higher-level comprehension skills and critical and analytical reading skills as they relate to college and life experience. Prerequisite: Placement determined by CPT score of 80 or above, standardized reading test score, or RD 115 with a grade of C or better. Proficiency Required: Reading, Writing.
