This course presents the opportunity for students to experience what it is like to be a leader in the nursing and other professions and provides the opportunity to act in the role of a leader and recognize the responsibilities this role includes. Critical observation of leadership behaviors will be studied and discussed. In addition, the successful operation of a team also depends on informed and active followers. The role of follower will be explored and will demonstrate how both the follower and the leader are equally responsible for the progress of the team.
