This course introduces the student to the history of the constructi on industry and to organizati on theory. It covers the phases of a constructi on project and the role and duti es of the supervisor. Human relati ons, problem solving, safety, quality control, contract/constructi on documents, esti mati ng, planning and scheduling, resource control, and cost awareness are discussed. This is a two credit hour course.
