This class is a general introducti on to the art of theatre. The aestheti c, practi cal, and historical dimensions in the unifi ed work of theatre producti on are explored. Various aspects of study include acti ng, directi ng, theatre architecture, set design, dramati c theory, and theatre history. Students will have the opportunity to study this art form from its known origins to modern day. This is a three credit hour course.
