This advanced course covers the creati on of 3-dimensional objects and animati on using 3D Studio Viz and AutoCAD. Importi ng AutoCAD 2-dimensional drawings into 3D Studio Viz, 2-dimensional drawing translati on into 3-dimensional format and the creati on of an animated walk through will be covered in this course. The exporti ng of 3-dimensional objects into AutoCAD drawing format will be covered. This is a four credit hour course. Prerequisites: EG 123C 3-Dimensional Animati on (3D Studio Viz) and EG 224A Advanced Computer Assisted Draft ing (CAD) or permission from the instructor
