This course is an in-depth study of the Code of Professional Responsibility, legal ethics and necessary requirements for the paralegal to properly functi on in the modern law offi ce. Emphasis will be upon legal ethical considerati on, disciplinary rules for att orneys, and the relati onship of the paralegal to the supervising att orney, the client and the community. This is a two credit hour course.
