This course introduces the nomenclature of welding processes, equipment, and materials used in the various types of gas and electric welds. The techniques, positi ons, and trade terms are stressed. Fusion welds on diff erent thicknesses of metals with the oxy-acetylene torch welding equipment will be practi ced. This is a 4 credit hour class.
