Beginning Spanish I is a course that provides a conversati onal approach to language acquisiti on to teach vocabulary and comprehension. This course allows beginning language learners to hear Spanish and experience its cultural diversity. This course provides development of speaking, reading, writi ng, and comprehension in Spanish with careful att enti on given to grammar and pronunciati on. This course contains a lecture and lab component. This is a four credit hour course.
