Radiation physics, hygiene, and safety theories. Emphasis on fundamentals of oral radiographic techniques and interpretation of radiographs. Includes exposure of intra-oral radiographs, quality assurance, radiographic interpretation, patient selection criteria, and other ancillary radiographic techniques. Prerequisites: ENGL 111, OECS 101 or OECS 105 or C S 110, PSY 201 or SOC 101, COMM 253 or COMM 265 or OEHO 101, HNFS 163 or OEHO 225. Corequisites: OEDA 111, 113, and 117.
