This course focuses on pre-sales planning, sales presentations; both face to face and electronic, and sales follow up techniques. Communication skills and product research will be emphasized. Students will plan, prepare, and conduct a sales meeting. They will also gain experience in organizing and manning a booth at a trade show. Computer generated sales tools will be created and sales presentations will be video recorded for peer review. (S)
