This course will also include a study of specific microorganisms, the interaction between microbe and host, microorganisms and human disease, and applied microbiology and the environment. Prerequisite: CHEM 1215 or equivalent and BIOL 1604, or BIOL 1414, CHEM 1215 or equivalent, and BIOL 2114.
