This course is designed to assist students whose placement test scores indicate serious difficulty with decoding skills, comprehension, vocabulary, and study skills. Students scoring below 65 (COMPASS) on the reading subtest must complete this course within the first two semesters of enrollment as a co-requisite to college-level courses. To complete RDG 083, students must finish the course with a minimum grade of "C" or70%.
