This course provides students an understanding of soil types, textures, and plant nutrients in relation to plant growth. Fertilizer materials are studied in depth. Soil test results are interpreted and fertilizer recommendations are made based upon the soil test results. Basic land surveying, including land descriptions, land measurements, and drainage, is also included. Prerequisites: None
