This course is designed to give the students the basic knowledge of a variety of commercial refrigeration systems. Topics include expandable refrigeration evaporator systems, combination spray and compressor system, open cycle ammonia, CO2 pellets, vortex tubes, reach-in coolers, and soft-serve ice cream machines.
