This course is a study of the preparation and execution of wills and trusts, administration and probate of estates, and the tax consequences of estate planning. Topics include types of wills and execution requirements, intestate succession, inventories and accounting, distribution and settlements, and other related topics. Upon completion, the student will demonstrate the ability to draft simple wills, prepare estate forms, understand administration of estates, and understand terms regarding trusts. PREREQUISITE: PRL 101 and PRL 102
