Topics covered include fundamental concepts, history of computer forensics, file structures, data recovery techniques, computer forensics tools and analysis. Policy and planning will also be covered. Instructional methods to include: lecture, discussion, reading assignments, hands-on labs andWebCT components. This course will require additional outside lab time. Prerequisite: NTWK 20 3 or consent of instructor.
