This course deals with The Constitution and its development throughout the history of our nation. The U.S. Supreme Court as a political institution will be examined as well as judicial review, federalism, separation of powers, regulation of commerce, due process, and equal protection. The second half of the course deals with civil liberties and the fundamental rights of the individual.
