This course is a study of the law of commercial law: including contracts, the debtor-creditor, sales, commercial paper and secured transactions. Students will learn how to identify the essential elements of a particular type of commercial transaction and special focus will be given to the acquisition of practical skills in the documentation and drafting of these transactions. Prerequisites: Completion of ENGL 0 3, LEGL 043, and LEGL 04 or coordinator's consent.
