Description:
Students become familiar with preparing and preflighting electronic files for various output scenarios including issues of imposition, file repair, trapping, and collecting for output. The second half of the class will address in-depth PDF creation, editing, and repair. Discussion and activities will allow students to learn common techniques employed by prepress professionals. Prerequisite: GRAR 1510, GRAR 1800, and one of the following: ART 2100, GRAR 1810, or GRAR 1820. (3 hrs lec)
