1 credit, Winter Advanced principles of radiology techniques emphasizing extra-oral radiography, techniques for children, patients with special needs, occlusal examinations, identification of radiographic abnormalities, medical health history and infection control. DANB clinical proficiency criteria will be followed to prepare for Oregon Clinical Radiologic Proficiency Exam. Students meeting radiographic competency on x-ray manikin will begin preparation for radiologic proficiency exam. Required: Instructor consent. Prerequisite: Pass DA- 101 with a "C" or better.
