Students learn the form and function of the dynamic human body required for health service occupations and further study in the biological sciences. Students master knowledge and concepts in the organization of the human body: homeostasis, cells and tissues, the skeletal and muscular systems, and the special senses. Prerequisite: CH 104 and 104L, and either BI 102 and 102L, BI 112 and 112L, or BI 211 and 211L, (or equivalent high school study by instructor approval). Corequisite: BI 231 with BI 231L. FALL
