For students who have already taken MTH 111. Students are prepared for calculus and higher mathematics courses. Students will work competently with elementary principles of functions to prepare for the study of higher mathematics and analyze the behavior of different mathematical models. Students will also examine the various conic sections and their applications as well as the elementary ideas of sequences and series and discrete mathematics. Prerequisite: MTH 111. SPRING
