Students review issues of grammar and mechanics through workbook and oral practice. No Prerequisites. This class is for students who have a COMPASS writing score below 42 or need practice before enrolling in WR 121. FALL, WINTER, SPRING WR 115 INTRODUCTION TO COLLEGE WRITING (3.00 Lecture Hrs./Wk.) (3 Credits) Students study a variety of rhetorical situations, the contextual appropriateness of language, the individual and collaborative nature of the writing process, and the beginning of critical inquiry.
