Is intended to examine the working environment of professionals within the CJS. It is concerned with the application of decisions made by federal and state courts defining the protection of constitutional rights for those living in the United States. Concentration will be given to the Bill of Rights within the U.S. Constitution, the decisions of the judiciary in the application of those rights, and the effect of those decisions upon CJS professionals.
