Focuses on the foundations of real property law as it applies to the ownership, use, and transfer of property by private, commercial, and government entities. Students will examine the principles of ownership, possession, control, and use. Students will also explore the areas of encumbrances, easements, licenses, contracts, deeds, title examination, and related topics. Students will also examine the landlord and tenant relationship with special emphasis on commercial and dwelling properties.
