Students will study the issues of breach of marriage contract, promises to marry, prenuptial and antenuptial agreements, cohabitation, separation, divorce, child custody, child support, and related issues. Students will also explore the area of adoption, rights of women, illegitimacy, paternity, separate maintenance, and surrogacy.
