(4 Credits) Prerequisite: Placement as indicated by English Placement Test results Specifi c instruction in basic composition, sentence construction, paragraph development, and introduction to the essay. Th e writing process-pre-writing, sorting, draft ing, revision, editing, and publishing-is emphasized. An extra hour is included for class writing lab and for English curriculum on Plato system. Credit will not count toward graduation.
