This course focuses on the application of the nursing process and development of therapeutic communication skills while implementing nursing interventions to clients with a variety of mental health diagnosis. Clinical practice settings include acute to chronic inpatient settings with adolescent and adult clients. Credit: 1 hr (45 clinical hours) Prerequisites: NUR 2012, NUR 1224/1225, NUR 1122, NUR 1111, NUR 1119. Co-requisite: NUR 2113.
