(4 Credits) An in-depth study of the fundamentals of early childhood education, including program development, physical setting and use of space, use of materials, adult-child interaction, and curriculum. This course offers students an opportunity for on-site study of child care programs for infants, toddlers and pre-school age children. Learning objectives and activities will be established through weekly seminars. Students must be First Aid and CPR certified to register. (Prerequisites: BECE111, 112, 114)
