(3 Credits) This course is a capstone, integrative course for graduating business administration students. This course focuses on how firms and managers formulate, implement, and evaluate strategies. Students will use all the knowledge acquired from prior management courses, coupled with new strategic-management and leadership techniques learned, to chart the future direction of different organizations. The major responsibility in this course will be to make objective strategic decisions and to justify and implement them through oral and written communication.
