Production course structured around the art of filmmaking. Students will create several advanced short films. Emphasis is placed on script development, preproduction, on-location shooting and post-production editing. Students use traditional production techniques, as well as digital technology. For a final project, each student will produce and direct either a short documentary or narrative film. Prerequisite: VIC 285 Laboratory: 6 hours (course fee required)
