Examines the major elements of home inspection. Specific attention will be given to exteriors, interiors, roofing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, structural and miscellaneous appliances. The Illinois Home Inspector Law/Administrative Rules and Standards of Practice also will be covered. Satisfies the educational requirements set forth by the Office of Banks and Real Estate for Home Inspector licensing. Lecture: 4 hours
