(3 credits/3 credits) Must be taken in sequence. Students are required to have a graphing calculator for this course. The TI-83 Plus or TI-84 Plus is recommended. Prerequisites: ENG 05 if required by individual student's placement; a placement recommendation for MTH 115 and three years of high school Algebra I, Algebra II, and Geometry or equivalent (MTH 03 and MTH 04). Presents algebra through exponential and logarithmic functions, trigonometry, vectors, analytic geometry, and complex numbers. Lecture 3 hours per week.
