(3 credits) Prerequisites: ENG 05, MTH 03 if required by individual student's placement; Corequisites: MTH 04 if required by individual student's placement. Teaches theory of digital logic devices and circuits such as logic gates, decoders, multiplexors, registers, counters, and controllers. May include fundamental concepts of microprocessor operation and interface circuitry. Lecture 2 hours + lab 3 hours, total 5 hours per week.
