Designed to develop basic skills, improve physical conditioning, teach rules, tactics, and values of the particular activity involved. All of the individual and team sport activities offered are taught on a beginning basis. Activities include: archery, golf, tennis, weight training, bowling, volleyball, swimming, badminton, soft-ball, handball, canoeing, windsurfing, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, jogging, aerobic dance, step aerobics, racquetball, bicycling, sport walking, distance running, life saving Cybex, Tae Kwon Do and Kickboxing.
