This is a capstone course for the Medical Assisting program. This internship provides the student with the opportunity to observe and perform various clinical competencies under the supervision of a preceptor. This learning experience will be scheduled in physician's offices, clinics or hospitals. The student will complete 48 hours per credit hour (144 clock hours) in the clinical setting.
