This is a capstone course for the Medical Assisting program. This internship provides the student with the opportunity to observe and perform various clinical competencies under the supervision of a preceptor. This learning experience will be scheduled in physician's offices, clinics or hospitals. The student will complete 48 hours per credit hour (144 clock hours) in the clinical setting. The student is asked to meet with the Coordinator of Work-Based Learning prior to registering for this course. [Semesters Offered: Variable]
