Prerequisite: Throughout the course, the students will practice and monitor their speaking, listening, and study skills so that they will be able to adjust to various academic situations. This course will emphasize pronunciation skills and listening comprehension within the context of the American culture/history and the government and civics for the students whose comfort level with spoken English is still limited.
