Allowable Times for Credit: 1.00 Maximum Credits Allowed: ACH: 32.00-52.80 Lab: 2.00- Credits: 2.00- Contact Hrs: 3.00- Lecture: 1.00- Prerequisite: Minimum grade of C in DANC 101 or permission of appropriate instructional Dean. An intermediate/advanced level jazz course for students that have completed Jazz I and II, or those with entering the dance program with equivalent experience. Focus will be on the development of quick study skills, technical proficiency, flexibility, control, ensemble sense, and artistry. Style and finesse also will be emphasized at this level.
