Emphasizing the planning and implementation of developmentally appropriate materials and activities in cognitive and language areas. Students will become knowledgeable of basic skills, developmental sequence and concepts for promoting children's problem solving and communicative abilities. Each student will be responsible for interacting with young children through planned activities, which will be the focus of this course. [Semesters Offered: Fall, Winter]
