Continues the Virginia Office of Emergency Medical Services Intermediate and/or Paramedic curricula. Focuses on the assessment and management of specialty patients including obstetrical, neonates, pediatric, and geriatrics. Prerequisites: EMS 151 and EMS 153. Pre or Co-requisite EMS 155. Lecture 1 hour per week. Laboratory 2 hours per week. Total 3 hours per week.
