2(2-0) S This course presents an overview of various agriculture and food production systems around the world, including North America, South America, Asia, the European Union, the Former Soviet Union, Oceania, and Africa. Students will study theses systems based on the cultural, political, economic and scientific factors that influence the countries' production abilities and consumer demands. Students must submit a protfolio in this course. International/Intercultural component.
