Prerequisite: ENG133. This course has as its central focus the development of leadership ability. The course provides a basic understanding of leadership and group dynamics theory and assists the participant in developing a personal philosophy of leadership, an awareness of one's own ability and style of leadership; it provides the opportunity to develop essential leadership skills through study and observation of the application of these skills.
